Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - may all beings everywhere be happy, healthy and free - is an invocation for personal & collective peace. Chanting or listening to it is particularly supportive in these challenging times we are living on our planet.

The beauty of this mantra is that it carries us from a small, personalised world view to a greater view of wellness for all sentient beings. We drop into our truest prayer, which is not only for ourselves or our own families and communities, but we recognise that we’re a part of the planet – including that of of every animal, plant and the earth itself. Never has our connection been more apparent than now.

This mantra implies that our own joy & freedom is reliant on the freedom & well being of all of creation. It happens in togetherness. We ask that our thoughts, words, and actions contribute to the happiness, prosperity and freedom for one & all.
